SUBDIVISION Subdivision of property involving  four (4) or more lots.

SUBDIVISION & ZONE CHANGE Subdivision of property involving four (4) or more lots and a request to change zoning designation

SHORT PLAT Subdivision or lot line adjustment involving three (3) or fewer lots.

 SIGNS Any surface which bears lettered, pictorial, or sculptured mater designed to convey information visually to the public.  As described and regulated by Ordinance 1062.  
SIGN MASTER PLAN This allows the flexibility for large sites to determine where signage is needed and appropriate.  Section 16, Ord. 1062 $250
OVERSIZED SIGN Signs which exceed the established size limitations in the proposed district may be reviewed as a Special Permitted Use. See section 15, Ord. 1062  $250
ANNUAL TEMPORARY SIGN PERMIT Any sign defined by Ord. 1062 intended to be displayed for a limited period of time only.  Additional documents: Property Owner Consent, Annual Temporary Sign Chart $1000
DAILY TEMPORARY SIGN PERMIT Any sign defined by Ord. 1062 intended to be displayed for a limited period of time only.  Additional Document: Property Owner Consent $25 per event (up to 15 days)
SANDWICH BOARD SIGN A portable advertising or business ground sign typically an "A" shaped tent-like structure or a "T" sign which is perpendicular to the ground with a single base.  Further defined on pg. 3 (f)  Ord. 1062 Annual permit, no fee
OUTDOOR SIDEWALK CAFE Operation of Outdoor Sidewalk Cafe for the service of food and beverage to the public according to Ordinance 1043 Annual permit, no fee
DOWNTOWN DESIGN REVIEW BOARD Created and governed by Ordinance 1052 and Resolution 16-063, this is an application for design review to assure a pedestrian and people-oriented, historically relevant site design in the down town area (Map) in accordance with the Downtown Design Review Guidelines. No fee
TEMPORARY USE Temporary business on private property, from vehicle, trailer, tent, or vacant store front for the purpose of selling goods, wares, products or merchandise and regulated and defined in Ordinance 999 and Ordinance 1000. $35 per day
