  • Ordinance No. 1075  Allowance and regulation of compassion centers, which grow or distribute medical marijuana, as a special permitted use in specified zoning districts for the City of WIlliston.

  • Ordinance No. 1082   Amendment to the Subdivision Regulations of the City of WIlliston, updating Sections 1 through 9, adding new subdivision definitions and clarifying the approval process for any subdivision. 
  • Ordinance No. 1083   An ordinance adding 20-2 of the City Ordinance adding regulations for mobile food trucks to permitted uses of streets, sidewalks, alleys of public grounds.
  • Ordinance No. 1084   An ordinance modifying Section 25.Q of the Ord. 958, to allow and regulate mobile food trucks.
  • Ordinance No. 1089 An ordinance amending Section 25.A, of the zoning ordinance of the City of Williston, Fences, Hedges, and Visibility at the Intersection of Streets to change the Visibility Triangle from 30 feet to 25 feet.
  • Ordinance No. 1090 An ordinance amending Section 11: R-1.H, Section 12: R-2.H, Section 13 R-3.H, and Section 16: R-6.H of the City of Williston, minimum front yard requirements to increase the front yard requirements to 25 feet for the construction of garages on new residential development and amending Section 25.B, changing the setback for a garage entered at a right angle from an alley to 25 feet.
