Pavement Removal Bid - ISN

Sloulin Field International Airport Decommissioning – Pavement Removal 

Sealed Bids will be accepted until October 21, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., by the City of Williston Board of City Commissioners (Board), 402 Airport Rd. Williston, ND, 58801.  The City of Williston, North Dakota is closing Sloulin Field International Airport (ISN) after the October opening of Williston Basin International Airport (XWA) Airport. The City is intending to convert ISN property from airfield to a property of commercial, retail and public uses for the improvement of the City of Williston.  The City is required to complete several tasks to decommission the airport.  This bid encompasses one of those requirements including the removal of all asphalt on the runway, taxiway and connector roads.  The City is seeking bids from contractors who have the capacity to mill or grind the asphalt pavement at the airport.
